Every piece we create begins with carefully selected leather and ends as an object meant to age with character.

True luxury is not mass-produced—it is shaped by hand, time, and intention.



MATERIALS & CRAFTSMANSHIP

All our products — leather wallets, desk mats, mouse pads, and AirPod cases — are handcrafted using full-grain,
top-grain, or vegetable-tanned (corame-tanned) leather.

  • Each order is made individually after purchase
  • Crafting time: 3–4 working days
  • Shipping & transit: 8–9 working days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 14–15 working days

Natural variations in grain, texture, tone, or patina are inherent qualities of premium leather and are not defects.




ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders may be cancelled only before the making process begins
  • Once production has started, cancellation is not permitted
  • Orders in production are non-cancellable and non-refundable

This policy preserves the integrity of our made-to-order process.




RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY

  • Product is unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • Original packaging and accessories are intact
  • Request raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided

Products showing use, creasing, softening, surface marks, stains, odor, or damage are not eligible.




NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Handmade and made-to-order leather products
  • Products used even once
  • Products purchased during sales, private drops, or limited releases
  • Damage due to misuse, water exposure, pressure marks, or natural leather aging

Leather patina and tonal variation are signs of authenticity, not faults.


Note: Bespoke and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
